Analysis of Deceleration of Trams and Evaluation of its Impact on Standing Passengers

The thesis is concerned with establishing the braking retardation and determining of it's influence for standing passengers. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is theoretical and it is engaged in brake system of tramway. The second, experimentally part talks about practical establishing of braking retardation. And the third part of thesis is gived to discussion about established values of braking retardation. The aim of thesis is to find a value of braking retardation, when standing passengers don't fall down.

Comparison of freeware software for estimation of residual fatigue life of bodies

In the first part of this bachelor's thesis the fundamental laws of linear elastic fracture mechanics are described, especially state of stress in bodies with crack and stress intensity factor. Further, the propagation laws of fatigue crack are described and interaction effects of fatigue crack, especially retardation effects are explained. In the second part of this thesis the software NASGRO and AFGROW are described and compared. In the last part of this work the several examples are carried out to compare residual fatigue life obtained by no retardation approach and approach with consideration of retardation effects.

Retardation, collaboration and activism of army elite in the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia

5 Abstract: Dissertation work is concerned with a political activism phenomenon, retardation and programme collaboration of army elite in Bohemia and Moravia Protectorate study. The aim of the work is to explore and chart the public and political life in Bohemia and Moravia Protectorate with a special attention to high Czech commissioned officer activity not only to summarize the acquired information but also to put them into the context with a development of Protectorate autonomous and occupation politics. The Thesis is not only focuses on the activity on the main organisations and their leading personalities but devotes its attention to opinions and points of view of centers of protectorate autonomous and occupation administration towards them, which had an influence on the organisation activity and their leaders. It situates them into the protectorate politics on the background of the events. The Thesis theme concentrates basically on the activity of the main Protektorate organisations and of the former soldiers such as Czech Union of Warriors and Central Union Former Soldiers in Bohemia and Moravia and their leaders - the general Otto Bláha, Robert Rychtrmoc and Bohuslav Kálala. Film Editing and Narratology

This bachelor work deals with theory of narration in the film art, cut composition and their interrelationship. Concretely, this work is based on David Bordwell´s narration theory. Film cut possibilities are explained in conjuction with this theory. These possibilities are used for method exploration of characters introducing and their function in the whole film structure. The last part of this work is based on previous parsing of chosen characters from selected two-part film by director Quentin Tarantino whose narration style and the way of formation are described by this analysis.

Free Time of Children and the Young with Physical and Combined Handicap by the ARPIDA Children Centre

The work describes the form of free time activities for children and the young with physical and combined handicap. The first part (The theory part) describes the main definitions of handicap, comprehensive rehabilitaton system and free time and the specifics of free time activities for handicapped children. And of course it characterises the ARPIDA Children Centre, where the research took place. The research was made by using questionnaire. The informants were parents of children using the ARPIDA Children Centre. The practical part charts the form of free time of clients of ARPIDA Children Centre, find out the satisfaction of parents with the working of cenre and their know-how about possible out-schools activities for children with handicap outsider the centre!
